This course is designed for professionals currently working at the middle management level and are aiming to move into a more senior position. It will help develop coaching and mentoring skills in management while teaching you how to identify the links between coaching, mentoring, and he achievement of business goals.
Upon successful completion of this course, you will able to take on coaching and mentoring responsibilities more comfortably. You could also consider working towards other leadership and management courses.
A minimum 420 hours of study.
Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a CMI Level 5 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring.
You need to be at least 19 years of age, as well as having a good understanding of the English language and writing. Ideally, you will need to be working within an organisation or role where you can demonstrate skills and apply the knowledge. Alternatively, you could draw on previous experience within an organisation or use an organisation you are familiar with.
