Complete 40 hours of study with one or two of the units below and achieve this Level 5 Award in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.

This course is suitable for managers and leaders who report to a senior manager or business owner.

You can even top up your course with further units to achieve either a certificate or diploma in the future.

You will have access to your course materials via an online learning portal, as well as an experienced and friendly tutor who will offer guidance, support and advice. Your tutor will liaise with you in advance of starting the course to ascertain the best unit(s) for you to study, based on your desired outcome.
