Call centre manager
Do you have experience in managing sales teams and are you passionate about helping people achieve their goals?
We’re on the look out for a manager to lead our team of course advisers from the front. You’ll need to be a highly organised individual, self-motivated and enthusiastic, with at least two years experience of managing a targeted sales team.
On a day to day basis you’ll be ensuring the team meets/exceeds the sales targets – both collectively and as individuals, by providing ongoing coaching, development and performance management. You’ll have a team supervisor and two shift leads there to support you too.
