Our course advisers are an integral part of the OSC family. Every week they speak to hundreds of people to understand their goals and career dreams to help them pick the right course, and now we are looking for someone to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone with at least six months telesales experience and have excellent customer service skills, able to build a rapport with people over the telephone easily. You will feel passionate about providing guidance to help people achieve their personal or career goals. You may also be a little bit competitive and love the buzz you get from closing sales!
As a course adviser you’ll be dealing with inbound enquiries only, here at OSC we don’t do cold calling. You’ll be following up students who have expressed an interest in enrolling and completing a through needs analysis with the student to identify which course would suit their career/personal goals, to meet your daily, weekly and monthly targets. Full training will be provided.
