Course adviser

Our course advisers are an integral part of the OSC family. Every week they speak to hundreds of people to understand their goals and career dreams to help them pick the right course, and now we are looking for someone to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone with at least six months telesales experience and have excellent customer service skills, able to build a rapport with people over the telephone easily. You will feel passionate about providing guidance to help people achieve their personal or career goals. You may also be a little bit competitive and love the buzz you get from closing sales!

As a course adviser you’ll be dealing with inbound enquiries only, here at OSC we don’t do cold calling. You’ll be following up students who have expressed an interest in enrolling and completing a through needs analysis with the student to identify which course would suit their career/personal goals, to meet your daily, weekly and monthly targets. Full training will be provided.

Front end web developer

A fantastic opportunity for a forward-thinking, passionate front end web developer with 2+ years of web development experience, to join our small but growing team. Here you will be afforded the opportunity to grow and progress whilst helping to help shape the future of the team, the technologies we use whilst also being able to challenge yourself with legacy code-bases and bring your own flair to brand new products. 

The ideal candidate will be able to work as part of the team but at times, autonomously, be detail-oriented who is mindful of writing clean code whilst displaying a real passion for the web development industry. Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate and generate ideas, theories, and technical concepts is also essential. 

This is a role that you can make your own, and if you are passionate about self-development, implementing new technologies and be a part of some exciting future projects then this is an excellent opportunity to progress and grow with the business.

Education administrator

Reporting to our academic manager and working closely with the wider academic team, the education administrator will play an important role in supporting our students and wider academic team.

The education administrator will have a strong attention to detail and have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to manage and prioritise workload based on the current business priorities.

Course development manager

We’re on the lookout for a course development manager to join our academic team. As course development manager you’ll be researching and identifying new courses for production, managing relationships with awarding bodies to ensure we’re aware of new course developments to supplement our existing course offering, and developing learning solutions to help enhance our learner experience.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of LMS systems and e-Learning developments in the wider market, along with course development experience and an understanding of SCORM compliance standards.
