Overview

This course is designed for practising or aspiring managers. It will help develop leadership and management skills in management while teaching you how to identify the links between coaching, mentoring, and he achievement of business goals.

You will need to study a collection of units from the management subjects with a minimum of 370 total unit hours to achieve the Level 7 Diploma Strategic Management & Leadership Practice. This is the benchmark qualification for full CMI membership, taking you another step towards Chartered Manager status.
