Overview

This course is designed for practising or aspiring managers. It will help develop leadership and management skills in management while teaching you how to identify the links between coaching, mentoring, and he achievement of business goals.

Study a combination of units with a minimum of 140 total unit hours and achieve the Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management & Leadership Practice. This is the benchmark qualification for full CMI membership, taking you another step towards Chartered Manager status, and is designed for practicing managers and those aspiring to senior management who want to develop their key skills.

You will have access to your course materials via an online learning portal, as well as an experienced and friendly tutor who will offer guidance, support and advice. Your tutor will liaise with you in advance of starting the course to ascertain the best unit(s) for you to study, based on your desired outcome.
