The Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development is ideal for demonstrating your experience in the HR/people profession and your capability as a HR practitioner.

During this course you’ll cover topics such as organisational performance, supporting self-directed and social learning, facilitating personalised and performance-focused learning, and designing learning and development to create value. You’ll also choose one optional unit from a choice of three, including specialist employment law, advances in digital learning and development and wellbeing at work.

Entry Requirements

You must be aged 18 or over and be currently working in a HR environment. It is also strongly advised that you have already completed the CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice Level 3.

You will have 24/7 access to short, easy to digest ‘topic essential’ videos that will help you get started.

Guided activities will help you to develop and apply your knowledge. You will also have the opportunity to connect and collaborate with other students in the community forum.

Please note, you will need to purchase a student membership with CIPD when you enrol on your course. This will require you to pay a £40 joining fee and pay £124 annually for the membership.

Course outcome

Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive your CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development.

Assessment

You will need to complete seven written assignments (one per unit). Comprehensive assessment briefing videos and tutor support will help you prepare for your assessments.
