Picture this…

It’s 6.30am.
You get out of bed after hitting snooze for the 6^th and final time.
Once you head downstairs, you brush your teeth, put your lunch into your bag and make yourself a coffee to go.
You pick up your gym bag and head to the car.
On your way there you get caught in 20-minute congestion because every other single person just like you decided to leave the house at the same time so now you’re all stuck on the same road at the same time, probably trying to get to the same place.
You get to work with barely any time to spare but make it to your desk with 3 minutes to go so your boss can’t complain.
The day passes by. Meetings and coffees, coffees and reports, reports and emails. All the while you dream of setting up your own business which seems to get further and further away each day.
You make it to 5pm and head to your car to sit in another stint of follow-the-leader traffic.
You make it to the gym. It’s pretty busy. You stick to one cardio machine while catching up on an episode of Eastenders.
Once you’re done you head home and have dinner. Maybe a freshly cooked meal…most likely a takeaway (you did just go to the gym so you deserve it, right...?)
After hours of soulless television, it hits 11pm and its time to go to bed.
Wake up. Repeat.
 
Now, we don’t know about you… but this is not the life we would choose.
