Level 1 courses

Level 1 courses are perfect if you’re brand new to a subject, coming back to learning after a break, or just want to build up your confidence before taking on something more advanced.

They're roughly equivalent to GCSE grades 3–1 (D–G) and focus on helping you build the basics, like core knowledge, skills, and good learning habits. Many are nationally recognised and can support both further study and entry-level employment.
