When you are ready to take your exams – you will need to book these. You will be assessed on each of the four units. The exam is multiple choice taken under exam conditions at a UK Pearson Vue test centre.

Course Duration

This course is designed for you to complete in four months. However, you will have access to your course materials for eight months, which is plenty of time for you to complete the course at your own pace.

You will study for this course online and will be given access to a wide range of fantastic resources to help complete your course. You will have access to mock exams, pre-recorded podcasts, tutor-led exam prep, and full access to the virtual learning environment. You will also be sent a copy of a workbook for you to work through, which you will then have access to once you have qualified. Students will have access to these course materials for 8 months.

Course Outcome

Successful students will be awarded their Level 3 Award in Residential Sales, awarded by Propertymark. This qualification can be used as a route to membership of a Propertymark professional.

You don’t need any previous experience or qualifications to complete this course. The course is ideal for those working in a letting agency and require a recognised qualification. However, you don’t need to be working within an agency to take this course.

You will need to sit four exams for each unit. These exams need to be booked by the student and are taken at a UK Pearson Vue test centre. Fees are separate and need to be paid for separately once you book on to the exams.
