The course is designed for you to study entirely online around your busy work and personal life. You will have access to the Virtual Learning Environment where you will learn online amongst other students. The course is created to be completed within 4 months but you have access to your course for 8 months, so you are able to complete this at your own pace.

There are four exams you need to take in order to complete your course. You will need to book your exams yourself when you feel ready. These will need to be taken a UK Pearson Vue test centre. The exams are multiple choice and taken on a computer.
This fast track course is designed for students to complete in just four months. However, just like us, the course is flexible, and you will have access to your course for up to eight months. This means you are able to study at a pace that suits you, giving you plenty of time to complete the course.
You can study this course however you want, as long as you have access to a computer and internet. When you start your course, you will have access to the virtual learning environment which has a range of online study methods to help you learn your course.
Your learning will be a mixture of live interactive webinars, which will be recorded and available to you for reference, as well as mock exams, pre-recorded podcasts, tutor led exam prep and forums.
You will also have a copy of a workbook sent to you which is available for reference at any point of your study and you are able to reference back to this when you are a working professional.
Students will have access to these course materials for eight months.
Once you have completed the course and passed the exams, you will be awarded by Propertymark with your Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings qualification. It can be used as a route of membership of a Propertymark professional.

You will need to sit four exams for each unit. These exams need to be booked by the student and are taken at a UK Pearson Vue test centre. Fees are separate and need to be paid for separately once you book on to the exams.
