What is stress counselling?

Stress counselling will see a counsellor and client explore and understand where the stress is coming from. They will then work together to find specific solutions that will help the client combat it.

This course is approved by the ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists), at the end of this course students will be able to join and become a member of the ACCPH. The ACCPH is an independent self-regulated professional body for counsellors, psychotherapists and hypnotherapists.
