Overview

This CMI Level 7 Award in leadership and management course is designed for practising or aspiring managers. It will help develop leadership and management skills while teaching you how to identify the links between coaching, mentoring, and he achievement of business goals.

Study at least one unit from the management subjects with a minimum of 70 total unit hours and achieve the Level 7 Award in Leadership & Management. This is the benchmark qualification for full CMI membership, taking you another step towards Chartered Manager status, and is designed for practicing managers and those aspiring to senior management who want to develop their key skills.

You will have access to your course materials via an online learning portal, as well as an experienced and friendly tutor who will offer guidance, support and advice. Your tutor will liaise with you in advance of starting the course to ascertain the best unit(s) for you to study, based on your desired outcome. Some unit combinations are not allowed, due to content duplication. Your tutor will be able to advise further.
