What is grief counselling?
Grief counselling sees people in times of bereavement get support from a professional counsellor. The client will talk to the counsellor about the person who has passed away, how it has affected them, and how you are coping. The counsellor will then help the client understand their feelings. They will help develop methods and strategies to help deal with the grief, helping the client to adapt to life without the person who has passed away.
During this Grief Counselling Level 3 course, you will explore the role of a grief counsellor, the persistent complex bereavement disorder, models of grieving stages, and much more.
This course is designed to equip you with real depth of knowledge in grief counselling.
All course materials will be delivered to you by post or via email, so it couldn’t be easier. Our experienced and friendly tutors will help you every step of the way by email.
