This course is assessed by a two-and-a-half hour examination. You may either sit the exam at one of the registered exam centres which are located worldwide, or choose a remote proctor service which allows you to take the exam at home. The examination consists of 8 questions with 10 items per question, each worth 1 mark. Students must gain 44 marks (55%) in order to pass the course successfully. You will have the opportunity to work on two mock Practitioner papers in order to prepare for the examination.

Course Duration

This course will take approximately 15 hours to complete overall. You can start at any time and work at your own pace from home.

Study Method

The PRINCE2 Practitioner course is an high-quality interactive course including audio and animation features. It includes access to a virtual learning environment where you can find resources, support videos and discussion forums. You will also be able to take mock exam quizzes after each session to ensure your progress. You will also receive a textbook.

Full tutor support is provided throughout your course via phone, email and live interactive sessions.

Completion of PRINCE2 at Practitioner level confirms to employers that you have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the PRINCE2 method to be able to apply and tailor the PRINCE2 method to a wide range of project management situations. This course is an ideal follow-on from the PRINCE2 Foundation certificate.

You do need to have completed the prince 2 foundation course.

Are there any additional costs?

Everything is already included in the price, but if you choose the option of a remote proctor examination, you will need to ensure that you have a webcam and microphone enabled on your computer.
