To this end the learning outcomes of the course have been benchmarked at Level 3 against level descriptors published by Ofqual, to indicate the depth of study and level of demand/complexity involved in successful completion by the learner.
The course itself has been designed by Open Study College to meet specific learners’ and/or employers’ requirements which cannot be satisfied through current regulated qualifications. I have not been a student for a very long time due to being a mum and having a long term illness. This course fit in perfectly with my busy life. I am still learning how to work a computer in my school days we had type writers. I am loving this course it is more that 1 hour a week but I am loving it. If there has been a problem the college has gotten back to me as promised and also my tutor. I must admit I was a little nervous having to communicate over a computer but I'm gaining more confidence and also learning new skills day by day.
