Once enrolled, you have 24 – 36 months to access the course depending on the study method you choose.

For the live online option, you will have 24 months to complete your course. Alternatively, the on-demand option will allow up to 36 months to complete your course.

You have two options (both costing the same price).

  • Live online – The live online delivery is a mixture of self-directed learning and access to tutored live interactive webinars. Webinars are hosted at 6 pm and generally last between 60-90 minutes, they are also recorded for playback if you cannot attend. Students are also provided with additional resources and learning materials including digital textbooks.
  • On-demand – The on-demand delivery offers a more flexible approach, where learners are able to start their course at any time. Along with self-directed learning, you have access to pre-recorded topic content videos. You will also be provided with additional resources and learning materials including digital textbooks.

You will have 24/7 access to short, easy to digest ‘topic essential’ videos that will help you get started.

Guided activities will help you to develop and apply your knowledge. You will also have the opportunity to connect and collaborate with other students in the community forum.

Please note, you will need to purchase a student membership with CIPD when you enrol on your course. This will require you to pay a £40 joining fee and pay £124 annually for the membership.

On successful completion of this course, you will receive a Level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management from CIPD.
