Awarding body
CMI is a specialist awarding organisation that offers a wide range of qualifications in Management and Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring and Professional Consulting. They are regulated by four regulators: Ofqual I England, CCEA in Northern Ireland, Qualifications Wales in Wales, and the Scottish Qualification Authority (SQA) in Scotland.
This course should take up to 130 hours to complete. This includes working through the course materials, conducting independent further reading and completing the end of unit assessment.
You will also have access to 1 year of tutor support.
For each unit you select, there will be an end of unit assessment. This will be internally assessed and internally/externally moderated.
The study method you choose depends on your personal learning style. Your options are:
- Study pack: if you choose the study pack option, you will be sent a set of printed course materials.
- Study online: if you choose this option, you will be sent your login details to our online portal through which you will access your course materials digitally. You can access your course via a desktop/laptop computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Full tutor support will be available via email.
Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a CMI Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management and Leadership, awarded by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
