Course overview

You'll start with the Foundation course, where you’ll get to grips with the core principles and best practices of change management. It’s a great starting point if you want to understand how to spot the need for change, manage resistance, and keep stakeholders on board.

Once you've got the basics down, the Practitioner course is all about putting that theory into practice, with practical tools and techniques you can use to lead change projects in the real world.

This is a globally recognised qualification and is perfect if you’re working in project management, HR, or any role where driving and implementing change is part of the job.
