You must have Microsoft Outlook 2019 to complete this course. The course covers the use of either Microsoft Outlook 2019 or 365 which is a pc version of the software.

It will be possible to view the course materials using an Apple Mac although the information within the course will be specific to the PC version of Microsoft Office which differs slightly.

You will have up to 1 year to complete your course. The course study time should take approximately 80 hours, so 1 year will allow flexible learning. You can complete your course in as little or as much time as you like.

Your course will be studied online, so you have access to your course materials through an online training portal. You will have access to your personal tutor support throughout your course through email, so help is available at any point.

GMetrix Skills Management System is also included in your course, which will allow you to practice for your exam effectively.
