Course overview

Ideal for complete beginners or those beauty therapists looking to expand their skill set, body massage therapy is a massage that is soothing, relaxing, or stimulating for both the body and mind. Manipulation of the superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue are initiated to aid in the healing process and promote relaxation and well-being.

With each unit, you will have an online video to watch through. After you have watched the video, there will be a multiple choice quiz for you to complete. Once you have completed the questions with the pass mark, the next unit will become available for you to study.
