A Level History

If you’re considering university and want an A Level that can complement a range of subjects and pathways, A Level History is a great choice. In this course, you’ll explore some of the major political and social changes of the 20th century, including the rise and development of communist rule in Russia and China. You’ll also examine the relationship between authority and mass agitation in England, considering how power, politics and society have changed over time.

Once you’ve completed your studies and passed your exams, you’ll gain a nationally recognised Edexcel A Level History qualification, worth up to 56 UCAS points.
