We are looking for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing organisation  and  expand their team.

The package: A competitive package inclusive of a basic salary of £22,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and progression opportunities available to the right candidates

Full time: Permanent role, Start date ASAP.

Location: Walsall, WV13

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing organisation. Based in the West Midlands, with free parking this is a great opportunity for the right candidate to be able to progress a career in a growing and supportive organisation.

What experience are we looking for?

  • Experience in freehold and leasehold conveyancing
  • Must be able to work independently on files
  • Able to independently deal with post completion and stamp duty land tax
  • To carry out all aspects of conveyancing work, client care, identification checks, issuing contract packs and liaising with third parties (solicitors and lenders)
  • Conveyancing – post completion work is vital

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing all client work
  • Ensure all client work is progressed and that the client is kept regularly informed on the progress and costs involved
  • At all times deliver high standards of client care in a professional manner
  • Achieving and exceeding agreed target
  • To priorities work and meet deadlines

To be successful in gaining an interview, the following skills are essential:

  • Experience in freehold and leasehold conveyancing
  • Conveyancing – post completion work is vital

  • Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Progression opportunities for the right candidate
