We are looking for an experienced senior talent acquisition partner to join a growing organisation who support businesses in placing technology and business individuals.

The package: A competitive package inclusive of a basic salary of £35,000 + bonus (depending on experience).

Hours: Permanent position, full-time – 8.30 – 6pm (Monday - Friday) office-based.

Parking: Free parking is available.

Location: Leicester.

Responsibilities and duties of the role:

  • Lead and find the best talent and fit for the organisation.
  • To drive consistency in the assessment process for talent, ensuring top talent is hired.
  • Schedule and attend career fairs, college and university recruitment opportunities and any other events you feel appropriate.
  • Manage the full life cycle from vacancy to job offer.
  • Assist in responding to appropriate HR queries and help resolve people related issues.

Requirements of the role:

  • Previous experience preferably in an international environment.
  • Experience in sourcing techniques on platforms, such as Indeed, StepStone and LinkedIn.
  • Proven track record of high-volume recruitment.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders across all levels.
