This CMI Level 7 Award in Coaching and Mentoring course is designed for practising or aspiring managers. It will help develop coaching and mentoring skills in management while teaching you how to identify the links between coaching, mentoring, and he achievement of business goals.
Upon successful completion of this course, you will able to take on coaching and mentoring responsibilities more comfortably. You could also consider working towards other leadership and management courses.
Roles you can head in to:
- Senior manager
- Regional manager
- Specialist manager (with expertise in a specific business or technical function such as quality, finance, risk, marketing, sales IT, human resources etc.)
A minimum of 70 hours of study.
Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a CMI Level 7 Award in Coaching and Mentoring.
You must be at least 19 years of age. We require you to have at least a level 3 qualification and a good understanding of the written requirements at level 7. Ideally, you will need to be working within an organisation or role where you can demonstrate skills and apply the knowledge. Alternatively, you could draw on previous experience within an organisation or use an organisation you are familiar with.
