    "Better than an ordinary college!"

    - Charlene Atkinson, Carnforth

Studying counselling level 3 at open study college is better than an ordinary college! I chose to study counselling level 3 because it's always been my dream job when growing up. The study materials that came in the post are easy to follow & set out really good so it's easy to understand! My tutor Amanda is really nice & very supportive. She always responds to my emails & always helps me out. I would recommend open study college & have told a few of my friends about it and they are now wanting to enrole with OSC.

It's great because you can study when you feel like it, so if you have kids or work or even because you've got an illness like me that sometimes affects your ability to study you can put your study book away & wait until you've got better! I've found counselling level 3 fun to do aswell. And some people may say 'your not getting the proper learning like you would in an ordinary college' but the truth is you are!

I've found I have learnt a lot. I'm starting to even discuss things with family and friends and I'm proud of how much I have learnt! I'm wanting to do another course once I have finished this one. All I can say, is thank you OSC you've helped me get my confidence back with learning & made me realise you should never let an illness hold you back! Charlene!
