The CIMA Professional Qualification is recognised worldwide as the most relevant global finance qualification for a career in business. On completion of the CIMA Professional Qualification, you will be awarded the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation. This showcases your professionalism, business and leadership skills, ethics and commitment.

This Management Level is one of three you need to complete in order to achieve the CIMA Professional Qualification. 

Successful completion of your Management Level exams will contribute towards achieving the CIMA Professional Qualification.

Course Outcome

On completion of your exams, you will receive the CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA Adv Dip MA).

Entry Requirements

In order to study this course, you must have completed the CIMA Professional Qualification – Operational Level exams.

Assessment

A mixture of progress tests and mock exams, as well as completion of four exams.

  • Preparing group accounts based on IFRS
  • Disclosure issues relating to group accounts

Assessment

During this course you will complete a number of progress tests and mock exams in preparation for your exams.

You will need to sit an exam at the end of each module in order to achieve the CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA Adv Dip MA). For modules E2, P2 and F2 you will sit a computer based objective test comprising of a range of questions types. For the Management Case Study, you will sit a case study exam. This exam is a role simulation that requires you to apply your knowledge to real- life work situations.

Exams are not included in the cost of this course. You will need to book your exams directly with CIMA.

Study method

This course is offered on a distance learning basis, with access to required study materials and unlimited support from your personal tutor via email. Study at your own pace, wherever and whenever you choose.

Course outcome

On successful completion of your exams, you will achieve the CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA Adv Dip MA). This counts towards your overall CIMA membership.

In order to study this course, you must have completed the CIMA Professional Qualification – Operational Level exams.
