Find your potential in our youth justice worker course

January 8, 2016 / Sharnie Carter

Do you want to learn how to prevent young people from offending and re-offending? Then now you can do just that with our new youth justice worker course.
Why should you study this course with us?

Interesting subject

In this course you will be provided with interesting information. You will look at how an offender’s action takes effect on other people, such as their family, friends and the community as a whole. By establishing this, you will then learn how to support a young offender and help them take responsibility for what they have done. You will also try to understand why they have offended, in terms of social issues and problems in their life.

Rewarding career

Youth justice workers have a very rewarding career. They help get young people’s lives back on track, without judging them. They believe even though the individual has offended they can change and be a better person. Knowing that you have helped and supported someone is very rewarding. Youth justice workers full-time salaries range between £20,000 and £29,000 a year. This shows you get good pay, as well as the benefit of helping somebody else. What more could you want?

Study from home

As we are a distance learning college, this will allow you to study from home. You don’t need to put your efforts into getting up in the morning and commuting to a cold classroom. You can also receive tutor support by email, so help is only a click away!
