Title: Telesales Advisor
Salary: Negotiable basic + generous OTE

Telesales Advisors based near Birmingham selling our range of distance learning courses. We are looking for Telesales advisors to join us, you will need to have previous telesales experience as we require you to hit the ground running. Full product training will be given but we require you to have general telesales skills from day 1. We will help to constantly develop your skills and are ultimately here to ensure you make as much money as possible. You will be contacting new customers who are actively looking for our products.

You will be contacting:

• A contact database of people who have requested to be contacted by us
• Inbound telephone calls
• A database of people who have requested some more information
• People who didn't complete our online enrolment process
• An external database of people who are actively looking for our products and have asked to be contacted.
  

You will be expected to be familiar with our courses and be able to advise customers on the best routes to take.  A proffessional and friendly personality is a must. It's an exciting oportunity and a very generous and rewarding renumeration package.

Title: Course Tutors
Salary: Dependant on Experience

You will be working closely with the existing team to ensure students questions and problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently. You will have detailed knowledge of distance learning and the infrastructure that surrounds it. It will be important to know our courses inside-out from the outset in order to help students quickly with their problems.

We strive to ensure our STUDENTS ARE ALWAYS THE NUMBER ONE PRIORITY. You'll enjoy helping students on the telephone, have a natural ability to inspire and have positive responses to any questions. Your project and time management skills will also be second to none.

You will have a solid coherency with computers, in particular; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet. You will also have a very helpful, polite and patient telephone manner.
