Delivery
Subject to your order being authorised and barring system failure, we will despatch all orders where possible the following working day. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

Ordering (UK)
All prices for products listed on the Open Study College website are quoted in sterling (UK pounds) including VAT at 17.5% where applicable and delivery within the UK including N. Ireland and the Channel Islands. A total order price including VAT and delivery is given when using the on-line checkout. Due to fluctuations in supplier price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Any such price changes will be applied instantly to this web site, allowing you to be aware of them before ordering. Errors and omissions accepted.

Ordering Outside UK
All prices quoted are in sterling (UK pounds) and include VAT at 17.5%. Customers outside the European Economic Community will not be charged VAT. Title
Title to goods remains with Open Study College until payment in full has been received.

IMPORTANT: In the case of a failure to pay the outstanding balance will become due immediately and all tutor support will be suspended until payment is made. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all payments are made. Failure to pay may result in the outstanding amount being referred to an agency for collection and a collection charge of 15% of the outstanding amount will be added.

Your right to cancel an order
You may cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days or, in the case of goods, within 7 working days of receipt of delivery (According to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000), you have a cooling off period of seven working days from receipt of goods. This period allows an unconditional right to cancel. You will be required to make such a request to Open Study College prior to returning the goods to the course provider). Goods must be returned in pristine condition at the customer's cost. There may also be an administration charge depending on course provider. In the case of sealed audio, video, or computer software or CD goods the customer does have cancellation rights BUT that right will be lost if the goods are unsealed.

Course Transfer Facility
If you wish to transfer to a different course, we may at our sole discretion agree to such transfer. An administration fee will be payable and advised at time of transfer, if the course you wish to transfer to is of a lower cost no refund will be given. Please contact us for details.

Open Study College Refunds and Exchanges
Open Study College undertake to despatch consignments on the next working day. Open Study College exchange any product for reason of manufacturing or material defect if returned within 28 days of delivery with prior agreement. Refunds will be made within 30 days of order cancellation or return of goods. Please note that no CD or video can be accepted for return for any other reason if the seal has been broken. This complies with UK and EU legislation and does not affect your statutory rights.

Competition Rules
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The prize is subject to availability at the time of booking and must be booked between 1st February 2008 and 29th February 2008. No purchase necessary. Draw open to persons of 18 years or over. Only one entry per person. Employees or agents of Open Study College are not eligible to enter. Closing date 29th February 2008. The winner will be the first name drawn at random from all entries. The draw will be attended by an independent observer. For name of the winner please send an SAE to the promoter, Open Study College Marketing Team, PO BOX 5148, Walsall, WS9 1BG. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering this competition you agree that your first name and town of residence can be printed on our website.
