This is the OCN Diploma in Human Resources. This programme is designed for students to develop a broad understanding of the principles of HR administration & management, Learn techniques and good practice for Human Resource administration, Select a modular approach to study which provides opportunities to specialise, prepare for CIPD studying qualifications, extend their existing HR knowledge and experience, and to gain a recognised award from a leading UK awarding body - Higher Education credits are available upon completion of this course.

Course Duration
Students may register at any time and have a full year to complete their studies.
Assessment
The course will take the form of a series of written assignments which are submitted and marked by your tutor. There is no external examination.
Study Method
The course is designed for study by distance learning at home or at work. Students receive a course manual, assignments and study guide plus tutor support by mail or email. You can start at any time and plan your studies over a period of up to one year from the time of registration.
Qualifications
The course leads to the award: Diploma in Human Resources from OCN [Level 3].
The course leads to a Level 3 award in Human Resources from Open College Network (OCN) which is licensed by National Open College Network (NOCN), a leading UK awarding body recognised by the UK Qualifications and Curriculum Authority. Study Units are also mapped to National Occupational Standards (ENTO) for personnel management and administration.
