This is the NCFE Certificate in Safe Handling of Medicines. This programme is designed for people who wish to gain an understanding of principles and practice of Safe Handling of Medicines. No prior knowledge is required. This programme is designed for a broad spectrum of health care workers who would benefit from a greater understanding of how to adopt good, safe working practices in relation to the dispensing of medicines and medical treatments.

- Module 10: Errors Associated with the Administration of Medicine
- Module 11: Oxygen Therapy in a Care Home
- Module 12: Disposal of Medicines Confidentiality
- Module 13: Confidentiality
- Module 14: Competency in Clinical
Course Duration
Students may register at any time and have a full year to complete their studies.
Assessment
The course will take the form of a series of written assignments which are submitted and marked by your tutor. There is no external examination.
