Once you have completed this course you will be ready to take the ICB Level I and Level II Bookkeeping examination.
Once the exams have been successfully completed, you are qualified to start work as a certified Bookkeeper and apply to become an Associate member of the ICB, this enabling you to put the letters A.I.C.B after your name, you can also apply for a practicing certificate to enable you to work self employed.

Course Duration
Students may register at any time and have a full year to complete their studies.
Assessment
The course will take the form of a series of written assignments which are submitted and marked by your tutor. If you wish to gain the formal ICB qualification you will also need to sit an exam at one of the Pearson Vue centres, located worldwide. These exams can be taken at a time to suit you.
Study Method
The course is designed for study by distance learning at home or at work. You can start at any time and plan your studies over a period of up to one year from the time of registration.
Qualifications
With this bookkeeping course you have two options:
1) The course can be studied for personal interest and development without assessment and we can provide you with a completion certificate.
2) The course covers the requirements of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers level I and level II in Manual Bookkeeping. On successful completion of the examinations you will gain an official ICB level I and level II certificate and an OSCA (Open Study College Award).

Q: Do I have to sit an exam?
You have the option of sitting the ICB examination to gain the full qualification however if you choose not to we can issue you with a certificate proving that you have completed the course.
