Course Duration
Manual Bookkeeping Level 1 - Students may register at any time and have a full year to complete their studies.
Computerised Bookkeeping Level 2 - Students have 6 months to complete their studies from the time of software registration.
Assessment
The course will take the form of a series of written assignments which are submitted and marked by your tutor. If you wish to gain the formal ICB qualification you will also need to sit an exam which can be taken from home, at any time.
Study Method
The course is designed for study by distance learning at home or at work. You can start at any time and plan your studies over a period of up to one year from the time of registration.
Qualifications
With this bookkeeping course you have two options:
1) The course can be studied for personal interest and development without assessment and we can provide you with a completion certificate.
2) The course covers the requirements of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers Level I in Manual Bookkeeping & Institute of Certified Bookkeepers Computerised Level II. On successful completion of the examinations you will gain the official ICB level I & Computerised Level II certificates and an OSCA (Open Study College Award).

Q: Do I have to sit an exam?
You have the option of sitting the ICB examination to gain the full qualification however if you choose not to we can issue you with a certificate proving that you have completed the course.
