Course Duration
Students may register at any time and have 6 months to complete their studies.
Assessment
The course will take the form of a series of written assignments which are submitted and marked by your tutor. If you wish to gain the formal ICB qualification you will also need to sit an exam which can be taken from home, at any time.
Study Method
The course is designed for study by distance learning at home or at work. You can start at any time and plan your studies over a period of up to 6 months from the time of registration.
Qualifications
With this bookkeeping course you have two options:
1) The course can be studied for personal interest and development without assessment and we can provide you with a completion certificate.
2) Open Study College is an Accredited Training Provider of the ICB and the course covers the requirements of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers Level II in Computerised Bookkeeping. On successful completion of the course you will gain an official ICB level II certificate in computerised bookkeeping and an OSCA (Open Study College Award).

To enrol on this course you must have already completed the ICB Manual Bookkeeping level 1 course.

Q: Do I have to sit an exam?
You have the option of sitting the ICB examination from home. However, if you choose not to take the exam we can issue you with a certificate proving that you have completed the course.
