Course Content – Aromatherapy Level 3
Unit 1: Introduction to Aromatherapy

Assessment
This course is assessed by a series of written assignments, which are submitted to and marked by your tutor. There is no external examination required.
Course Duration
This combined Beauty Therapy and Aromatherapy course will take approximately 160 hours. There is no time limit for completion, so that you can work at your own pace.
Study Method
The course is designed for study by distance learning at home or at work. Students receive a course manual, assignments and study guide, plus tutor support by mail or email. You can begin the course at any time.
Qualifications
At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Beauty Therapy level 2 NCFE Award certificate of achievement and an Aromatherapy level 3 NCFE Award certificate of achievement. This means that the courses are independently accredited at a level of learning equivalent to levels 2 and level 3 on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) for England, Wales and Northern Ireland (in which case GCSEs are levels 1 and 2 and A Levels are at level 3).
