This is the ASET Certificate in Supervisory Development. This programme is designed for people who wish to gain an understanding of principles and practice of Supervisory development. No prior knowledge is required. You will also learn how to provide a development opportunity which teaches the broad concepts of supervision for people taking on, or planning to take on, a supervisory role in their work environment.
