The course is made up of nine modules;

Module 1: Company Information / Research
Module 2: Time Management
Module 3: Communication
Module 4: Working with Others
Module 5: Customer Service
Module 6: Health & Safety
Module 7: Security Awareness
Module 8: Administration
Module 9: Introduction to IT

Assessment

You will be assessed through a series of written assignments, which are submitted to and marked by your tutor. There is no external examination required. The final assignment takes the form of a multiple choice paper.

Course Duration

You may start at any time and have a full year to complete your studies. We suggest that the course will take approximately 12 weeks to complete.

Study Method

The course is designed for study by distance learning at home or at work. Students will receive all course material by post or online, plus tutor support by telephone and email.
